The Database is built from mainstream media sources, and organized along several dimensions (including gender, parish, and age group). This database offers timely accessible data for those who need to understand public safety in Barbados — from private individuals, investors, and embassies to multilateral institutions, insurers, and researchers.

This is a new set of data that is being incorporated into the main database (as of Nov 21 2025). Source data are the Facebook Page posts of the Barbados Police Service, specifically information on individuals who were arrested and charged.
